Origin of Constellation
The constellation Marodikoya ‘Spirit of the marail guan’ was mentioned by Claudius de Goeje, who comments that it has the shape of the marail guan (Penelope marail).[1] The constellation is not known to contemporary Lokono; neither do we know what its appearance used to signify.[2]
