dUSAN2.PA.SIKIL (𒀭𒄝𒉺𒂖) is an epithet of the goddess Ishtar in her astronomical guise as Venus. Given that Sumerian usan2 is a Sumerian term for the evening, this must be Venus as an evening-star.
I wonder if this should be read PA.E3 - (or maybe short PA.E3 - Sikil - work on the Wayne Sumerian)???
