Concordance, Etymology, History[1]

Akkadian parallel to mulTarbāṣu "cattle-pen,' may occur just once as a star-name in a commentary to Enuma Anu Enlil relating to the 'horns' (crescents) of the Moon and Venus. More likely to be related to

  • 1) epithet of Venus;
  • 2) abbreviation of mulE2.TUR3(?), see Kurtik e06.
