Aḫû
Aḫû

mulAḫû (𒀯𒀀𒄷𒌋), translated as ‘The Stranger, The Strange One’, a Mesopotamian name for Mars. A word-play with the homonym aḫu, 'brother' may be suspected with the name aḫâtu, sister, for Venus (see A-ḫa-ti).
