Dìwö is a modern star name adopted by the International Astronomical Union in the IAU-Catalog of Star Names (IAU-CSN). Its origin is Bribri. It is the name of the star WASP-17 in constellation Sco.

Etymology and History

Dìwö in Bribri language means the sun (bigger than the sun we know) and that never turns off.
