Guarani is an IAU name for an exoplanet. Its host star is Tupi in the constellation of Reticulum. Suggested by the country of Brazil, it follows the name theme Names of Indigenous Peoples of Brazil.

Etymology and History

Guarani is the name of the most populous Indigenous people living in South Brazil and parts of Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay.
