Itonda is a modern star name adopted by the International Astronomical Union in the IAU-Catalog of Star Names (IAU-CSN). Its origin is Myene. It is the name of HIP 108375 (HD 208487) in constellation Gru.
Etymology and History
Itonda, in the Myene tongue, corresponds to all that is beautiful.
