Riosar is an IAU name for an exoplanet. Its host star is Rosalíadecastro in the constellation of Ophiuchus. Suggested by the country of Spain, it follows the name theme Names and places associated with the writing and life of Galician and Spanish writer Rosalía de Castro (1837–1885).

Etymology and History

Rio Sar is the name of a river that was present in much of the literary work of the pioneering Spanish author Rosalía de Castro.
