Neilloan, a Loan flying, is a name for an asterism in Lyra, perhaps specifically the star Vega, from the Australian Boorong people.
Etymology and History
Mallee fowl. Stanbridge (1861) - name appears to imply all of Lyra, not a particular star.
Stanbridge:[1]
"Neilloan (Lyra), (a Loan flying), the mother of Totyarguil and discoverer of the Loan eggs, which knowledge she imparted to the Aborigines. When the Loan eggs are coming into season on earth, they are going out of season with her. When she sits with the sun the Loan eggs are in season."
Totyarguil is represented in the star Altair.

The name was discussed and approved by the IAU WGSN in 2023.
