Orihime

おりひめ(orihime) is the name for the star alpha Lyrae in Japanese.

IAU Working Group Star Names

The name was discussed and approved by the IAU WGSN in 2023. As this star is already named Vega, the IAU WGSN chose not to include it in the IAU-CSN.
