^dEN.MUL (𒀭𒂗𒀯), 'Lord Star' along with his female pair ^dNIN.MUL, 'Lady Star,' are Mesopotamian primordial ancestor deities who might be thought of as the original ancestors of later asterisms in the completed universe.

"Lord Star"; together with ^dNIN.MUL "Lady Star" (Kurtik n36) forms a pair with the ancestors of Enlil in the divine genealogies [Gössmann 1950, 325; Lambert 1975, 51; Tallqvist 1938, 304].
