SIG₈ (𒃰𒋺𒋛) is a term equated in a lexical list (Antagal?) with the Akkadian generic name for all heavenly phenomena kakkabu.

The tablet quoted below (and read in this way by CAD K 46) is not called Antagal in CAD; it is not used in the edition of Antagal in MSL 17.

AHw 421b transliterates the sign as SIG₈, in agreement with the copy in CT 18 and 19 and with Borger Zeichenlexikon; it is not regarded as a specific lexical list in AHw.
