Shakthibha is an Indian name, possibly indigenous.
Śaktibha is an Indian name as found in the star list in Siddhanta Raja (ref) by Nityananda of the 16th century; the name is indigenous; "Śakti"  means power/ energy/ force; it is also the name associated with Goddess Durga / Kali / Parvati.

Its coordinates puts it near Eta Boo. However, considering the uncertainty in the precession correction, which also gets reflected in the declination value, its position is near the group Eta, Tau and Upsilon. Hence it is named for Upsilon Boo.  The position is marked with error bars.
