Šiḫṭu

(mul)Šiḫṭu (𒀯𒅆𒄴𒂅), 'The Leap' is an Akkadian term for Sunrise, and also for the planets Mercury, Mars, and Jupiter, presumably as morning stars [ CAD[1] Š/2, 417a].

Lit. "Leap"; a rarely used Akkadian parallel to mulGU4.UD "Mercury," see (Kurtik g34) GU4.UD.
