Laligurans is an IAU name for an exoplanet. Its host star is Sagarmatha in the constellation of Leo. Suggested by the country of Nepal, it follows the name theme Natural national symbols of Nepal.

Etymology and History

Laligurans are the Nepali variation of the rhododendron flower and is the national flower of Nepal.

IAU Working Group on Star Names

The name was adopted by the IAU WGSN in the 20xx NameExoWorlds Campaign (NEWC).
